Deliveroo is committed to facilitating and improving the accessibility of our website and mobile application, (each referred to as an “Application”), ensuring that our services and content are accessible to persons with disabilities including, but not limited to, users of screen reader technology. 

Deliveroo’s platform is designed to be used by everyone, including those with disabilities. You should be able to:

• Zoom up to 200% using your browser’s zoom settings
• Navigate most of the platform using just a keyboard
• Use most features with modern screen readers and speech recognition software on your computer or phone

Compliance status

Our platform has been evaluated against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. While the foundation is strong, several areas need improvement, particularly for users relying on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or who have low vision.

What we’re doing

• Addressing issues including colour contrast, keyboard traps, and screen reader compatibility;
• Improving how interactive elements behave and are described; and
• Enhancing structure and layout for better navigation and clarity at all zoom levels.

We’ve started implementing a phased plan focusing first on the most critical issues. We are also integrating accessibility best practices into our design and development workflows.

Our platform is designed to work with the latest versions of popular browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari.
